Usage

Our process explained in 5 steps.

Ordering process

Manufacturing the frame, frame housing, ordering the cooling & control system and other modular parts depending on the unit.

Assembly

We start building the frame and installing of the control system. We perform various tests, including a pressure and vacuum test, to then fill the system with NH3 and perform a system performance test. We optimize the system based on the results and make adjustments if necessary.

Preparing for packing & transport

We provide shipping options to your needs, whether it is transport by plane, freight ship or cargo truck, we carefully prepare the units at our production location before they are shipped. Before they start their journey to you.

Installation

When the unit has arrived at it’s destination we are ready for installation.
Once completed, our technicians will test the system again on location.
When the unit is fine tuned and functioning properly Eurosafety Group staff will give a demonstration which will be followed by training of local staff.

Launch

After having gone through all the phases above successfully passed our tests and quality checks, the final task that follows is the official kick-off and the ESG Rainmaker unit can be switched on.
